The Role:

• As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving efficiency across the business. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Prepare and present monthly management accounts
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting standards
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
• Partner with various departments to support business decision-making
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies

Requirements:

• BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (essential)
• 2–3 years’ experience as a Finance Manager within the Fin-Tech or Financial Services industry preferrably
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficient in financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
