Finance Manager – Retail needed at Snatch.work

• A dynamic and well-established company in the wine and agricultural industry is seeking an experienced Financial Manager: Retail to join its finance team in Stellenbosch. This role reports directly to the CFO, and offers the opportunity to lead and enhance financial reporting processes at a group level.
• The successful candidate will be forward looking, with strongly developed skills in Financial Planning and Analysis. You will ideally come from a FMCG; retail; or e-commerce background.

Key Responsibilities

• Key responsibility: financial planning, reporting, cost control and compliance,
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly and annual financial reporting to key stakeholders, including executive leadership and the board.
• From a commercial perspective, you will focus on forecasting, planning and analysis.
• Oversee inventory costing, and ecommerce channel performance.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• CA(SA); CGMA; AGA(SA) or PA(SA) minimum.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years senior experience in retail; FMCG; or ecommerce.
• Proficiency in financial reporting systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Sage X3, Netsuite, SAP or similar platforms.
