Minimum Requirements    
Qualifications and Experience:

• BCom or Honours Degree (Accounting or Financial Accounting)
• SAICA/AGA/SAIPA training contract completed 
• 2 – 3 year’s experience in a similar role

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Thorough knowledge of Accounting to Balance Sheet, including reconciliations
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, Xero and CaseWare
• Sound Accounting knowledge
• Good understanding of VAT principles
• Able to perform assignments from start to finish and take full responsibility for completion
• Great client relationship skills
• Able to prioritise and manage time
• Efficient, accurate and fast paced
• Professional and discreet with high ethical values

Duties and Responsibilities    
Main purpose of the role:

• Provide accounting services to Moore clients
• Ensure clients accounting records are accurately maintained and all compliance is met
• Produce management accounts to balance sheet
• Compile Annual Financial Statements of various entity types
• Taxation of Companies, Close Corporations and Trusts
• Maintain and develop client relationships
• Correspond with South African Revenue Services regarding queries, verifications and audits
