• A leading property finance team is looking for a highly meticulous and driven Property Accountant to join on a 7-month maternity cover contract. Job Description:

• Maintain financial records using accounting software and spreadsheets
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Reconcile accounts and oversee cash flow and bank reconciliations
• Assist in audit preparation and respond to audit queries
• Produce trial balances and end-of-year balance sheets
• Support budgeting processes and variance commentary
• Process sales invoices, returns, and manage records of subsidiaries

Skills & Experience:

• In-depth understanding of accounting principles and SA tax laws
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and use initiative

Qualification:

• Degree in Accounting (articles preferred)
• Proficient in ACCPAC, MDA, and Caseware
