Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Financial Administrator, Financial Assistant, or similar role will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Duties:
- Schedule and confirm client appointments.
- Prepare and send client communications, such as emails, newsletters, and follow-up correspondence.
- Handle client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate financial advisor as needed.
- Maintain and update client records and contact information.
- Prepare and process new account applications and other financial documents.
- Organize and maintain client files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials and campaigns.
