What you could be responsible for? 

  • Regular reconciliations of multiple bank accounts
  • Liaising with suppliers around reconciliations, claims and credits
  • Completing detailed refund processes 
  • Invoice and payment data capturing
  • Resolving internal administrative queries
  • Month end accounting journals
  • General administrative tasks

Who we are looking for? 

  • Have you completed a Degree or Degree/Higher National Diploma?
  • Do you have an interest in e-Commerce and particularly Finance?
  • Have you worked in a Finance team that is nimble and enjoy taking on a varied of tasks? We are looking for someone who has 2 – 5 years of experience.
  • Do you enjoy solving problems and are numerically minded?
  • Can you work to tight deadlines whilst still maintaining a high level of accuracy? 
  • Do you have strong written and verbal communication skills?
  • Do you own car and have your driver’s license. Do you feel comfortable running weekly errands outside of the office
