Responsibilities:
- Manage internal control procedure and ensure compliance with accounting standards and legislation
- Prepare and review cash flow forecast to ensure financial stability
- Finalise and review annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Monitor working capital, manage CapEx against budget, and report on variances
- Prepare timely management accounts for informed decision-making
- Lead the annual budget process and bi-annual forecasts
- Meet all statutory and year end reporting requirements
- Effective leadership of the finance team and performance outcomes
- Ensure effective staff management and communication in the department to create an engaged, motivated and productive workforce
Qualification:
- Relevant qualification in finance or a related field
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of financial management or similar role
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Strong strategic and commercial mindset
- Exceptional communication, problem solving and analytical abilities
- Capable of managing multiple deadlines
