The Financial Reporting Manager will play a critical role in overseeing multicurrency consolidations, leading the group reporting function, and providing strategic financial insights. This position is perfectly suited for a candidate with experience in large-scale operations with annual revenues exceeding R1 billion.

Duties include:

• Managing the financial reporting team, ensuring high performance and development.
• Overseeing group reporting processes in compliance with IFRS.
• Delivering accurate and timely consolidated financial statements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting systems.
• Leading multicurrency consolidations and addressing related complexities.
• Supporting strategic decision-making through detailed financial insights

Education:

• Qualified CA(SA)

Job Experience & Skills required:

• A minimum of 8 years’ post-article experience.
• Extensive exposure to group reporting and multicurrency consolidations.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience in organizations with annual revenues exceeding R1 billion.
• Strong technical IFRS knowledge and financial acumen.
