- Handling administrative tasks
- Monitoring progress and utilization
- Tracking trucks
- Sorting out customer problems and assisting drivers with problems
- Getting extra orders
- Communicating factory problems to the customer
- Capturing breakdowns
- Supervising and controlling driver activities
