What we’re looking for:

  • We’re looking for a Fleet Safety EHS Coordinator based at PepsiCo Park. Successful incumbent willAssist in implementing , monitoring and evaluation of  fleet safety operations to ensure compliance to the PepsiCo Fleet Safety program and Legal Requirements.

Accountabilities: 

  • Develop and implement a Fleet Management System
  • Develop and implement a driver on boarding Management System
  • Update Fleet Safety dashboards & create visibility of site Fleet Safety KPI’s.
  • Update and implement EHS procedures through the GEHSMS program.
  • Investigate and report EHS incidents related to Fleet safety, identify root cause and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct fleets safety inspections, internal audit & external EHS audits.
  • Conduct Driver Training including safe driving practices, regulatory requirements and emergency response.
  • Data analysis, analyse data to identify trends and areas of improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote a safe driving culture across the organization
  • Drive Fleet Safety awareness campaign

Qualifications

What will qualify you for the role:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an EHS coordinator.
  • Detailed knowledge of relevant regulations such as OHS Act, NRTA, and all other applicable regulations interns of EHS.
  • Grade 12 plus a Diploma or Degree Qualification in EHS or Fleet related Qualification
  • The ability to read and interpret EHS data EHS stats
  • The ability to formulate Fleet safety improvement initiatives informed by EHS data and stats
  • Proficiency in computer programs such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
