R8500 - R9000 Net Salary per month
Minimum requirements:
- Supervisory Experience
- Overseeing all laundry processing, quality control, and timely deliveries
- Supervising staff, schedules, monitoring productivity, and maintaining positive team relations
- Ensuring proper machine operation, maintenance, and safety
- Communicating effectively with clients, staff, and management
- Delivering clean, on-time laundry and resolving client issues
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work long hours and manage pressure
- Willing to work both day and night shifts as needed
