FMCG Logistics Manager – Bramley needed at Impact

Position Summary:

• Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced FMCG Logistics Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistics operations for our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) products, ensuring timely delivery, inventory management, and overall efficiency in the supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain performance and reduce costs
• Manage and coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities for FMCG products
• Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory replenishment
• Identify and resolve logistics issues to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make strategic recommendations for process improvements
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Supervise and train logistics team members to ensure a high level of performance and productivity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in using logistics software and tools
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of inventory management best practices
• Familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance requirements
