Minimum Requirements
- Eng / Btech / Ndip Engineering (Mechanical | Industrial | Electrical)
- More than 2 years relevant experience in the Asset Management, Oil and Gas (Preferable) or similar field
- AM standards (ISO5500, PAS55, GFMAM)
- Exposure to the implementation and optimisation of asset management projects and systems.
- Knowledge of Maintenance principles and strategies (failure modes, failure characteristics,)
- Root Cause Analysis
- Structured problem solving (Methods and tools)
- DMAIC process
- Life Cycle Costing (Methods and tools)
- RCM principles and FMEA/FMECA
- Asset Criticality (Methods and tools)
- Asset performance monitoring (Methods and tools) – MTBF, MTTR, OEE etc)
- Condition monitoring methods, tools, best practices and latest technology/tools
- Work management processes
- Knowledge of AM standards (ISO5500, PAS55, GFMAM)
- Own vehicle
Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute Focused Improvement interventions
- Perform and facilitate, Root Cause Analysis (Defect Elimination)
- Develop Asset maintenance strategy and tactics
- Analyse data and develop a roadmap of Focused Improvement Projects that will enable the delivery of Value Improvement Savings (OPEX and CAPEX)
- Develop and improve Maintenance material management systems
- Monitor Equipment performance and reliability in order to identify and initiate Focused Improvement Activities
- Utilise and develop Condition monitoring information and systems
- Review and continuously improve Work management processes
