Criteria:

  • Post-matric hotel school qualification
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel restaurant or similar environment
  • Proficient in computer usage and familiar with Micros point-of-sale system
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Strong communication and numeracy skills
  • Good wine knowledge
  • High level of English proficiency
  • Ability to plan, train, and develop a team
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to work shifts and handle pressure

 Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Lead by example in all tasks
  • Plan, forecast, and manage food and beverage orders, stock, and supplies
  • Handle customer complaints with patience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
  • Ensure adherence to food, health, and safety standards
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff, including performance evaluations
  • Oversee customer service to ensure an exceptional experience
  • Organize, direct, and evaluate food and beverage services
  • Manage inventory and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Supervise all events and daily operations of F&B outlets
  • Maintain strong organizational skills and work well under pressure
