  • Track on-time deliveries and manage live delivery exceptions
  • Handle real-time issues with drivers or restaurant orders
  • Assist with shift planning and help address driver shortages
  • Ensure smooth shift handovers and collaborate with your team
  • Complete basic reporting and admin support tasks
