Our successful Gaming Technicians:

• Are familiar with and have experience in maintaining a wide range of electronic gaming machines.
• Find faults using diagnostics.
• Clean and replace equipment and peripheral devices.
• Quickly analyse and solve equipment maintenance problems, including online/offline systems.
• Respond promptly, positively, and diplomatically to customers.
• Implement gaming machine moves and conversions.
• Proactively identify potential equipment maintenance problems and take necessary action to ensure zero preventable equipment downtime.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date maintenance records.
• Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high-quality standards consistently and accurately.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (NQF 4) with Mathematics and Science
• S3 Electrical Engineering (LC) or N6 Electronics, or Basic Electronics competency from the Tsogo Sun Academy
• A minimum of one year’s working experience in a casino technical environment
