Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, animal science, business management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in Poultry management environments with a minimum of 10 years leading knowledgeable teams.
• Strong knowledge of broiler production processes, animal welfare standards, and industry regulations
• Liaising at an advanced level with business owners while maintaining professional healthy relationships between stake holders

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Analysing production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and employee morale
• Manage and training the team of Technical Advisors
• Collaborating with other departments within Agri
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on departmental performance and initiatives.
• Familiarity with agricultural technology, equipment, and software systems.
• Effective communication with relevant stakeholders and departments.
