MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  •  Diploma/Degree in Business/Hospitality/Game/Hotel Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a General Manager or Hospitality Management
  • Computer literate
  • Great people skills and good with staff
  • Housekeeping and maintenance Management Experience
  • Good financial acumen
  • Pro-active and results driven
  • Valid drivers license

 DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  •  Maintenance – coordinating with suppliers
  • Monthly budget planning – liaise with the owner in Germany
  • Human Resources – Managing the staff (team of 7)
  • General Administration
  • Planning and delegating tasks to the team then following up
  • Meter readings of water and electricity usage
  • Stock control
  • Construction experience – there are still apartments to be completed and glamping tents
  • Oversee the hospitality manager – guest accommodation
