Minimum requirements for the role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with suppliers for maintenance.
- Liaising with the owner in Germany for monthly budget planning.
- Managing the staff (team of 7) in human resources.
- Handling general administration.
- Planning and delegating tasks to the team and then following up.
- Reading meters for water and electricity usage.
- Controlling stock.
- Gaining construction experience by completing apartments and glamping tents.
- Overseeing the hospitality manager for guest accommodation.
- Managing projects and implementing ideas.
- Managing contractors.
- Running and overseeing livestock, farming tunnels, the equestrian business, stables, hospitality, and the hotel.
- Maintaining guest relations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
