Key Responsibilities

  • Position and direct the strategy for delivery of the capital investment project.
  • Direct the delivery of the construction management programme of the capital investment project.
  • Direct the financial performance for the optimasation of capital investment throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Position the project for strategic interfacing, negotiation and stakeholder management.
  • Position and direct the project risk management strategies to minimize the overall impact on the capital investment project.
  • Direct the human resources effort to achieve projects objectives.
  • Direct the reporting on the delivery of project milestones to key stakeholders.

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s): 

  • B Degree in Built Environment at NQF level 7 with 360 credits or
  • B Tech in Built Environment at NQF level 7 with 360 credits or
  • Advanced Diploma in Built Environment at NQF level 7 with 360 credits

Experience: 

  • 10 years. experience in construction management, engineering and project management.
