German International Host needed at Crew Life at Sea

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have
• Provide information about ship activities, events, and ports of call
• Coordinate and lead group activities and events for German-speaking guests
• Ensure all guest needs are met and exceeded
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in public areas
• Act as a liaison between guests and other departments on the ship
• Handle and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and crew
• Participate in safety drills and trainings as required
• Assist with embarkation and disembarkation procedures
• Uphold the company’s standards and policies at all times

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents
