Minimum Qualifications /Requirements

  • SA Citizen
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics (or similar/relevant)
  • Proficiency in at least two programming languages commonly used in data engineering (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
  • Proficiency in at least one database management tool (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra)
  • Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate
  • The candidate must be medically fit in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act
  • Clear criminal record essential
