Grade C Security Officer (Atlantis Area) needed at Fidelity Services Group

Job Description:

• We are seeking a qualified and professional Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, customers, and assets. The Security Officer will patrol the premises, monitor surveillance equipment, and respond to any security incidents that may arise.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol designated areas to ensure the security of the premises
• Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Provide a visible presence to deter criminal activity
• Report any suspicious or unusual activities to management
• Record and report any security incidents or breaches
• Assist employees or customers with security concerns
• Conduct security checks of visitors, vehicles, and packages
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid if necessary

Qualifications:

• Valid Psira certificate
• Previous experience in security preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 50 lbs.
