Graduate Electrical Engineer needed at Arup

The Opportunity

• We’re looking for Graduate Electrical Engineers to join our Energy team in South Africa, Cape Town and Johannesburg Office.
• This role will promote the further growth, development, and service delivery of our projects.
• You will work as part of project teams to deliver effective and professional services to our clients.  Due to the multi-disciplinary nature of our teams, you will have the opportunity to work alongside other disciplines and geographies across Arup, as well as external clients for projects across a wide range of developments.

For this opportunity, we are seeking the following qualifications, skills and attributes: 

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or mechatronics.
• Enthusiasm for a career in Renewable Energy underpinned through a knowledge and understanding of electrical engineering.
• Organised approach to planning work and meeting deadlines.
• The aptitude to work on your own initiative and be proactive.
• Any recognisable experience on Renewable Energy projects will be an advantage.
