Graduate Trainee – Brand & Communications needed at KAL Group

• The program is a fixed 18-month program starting in early 2026. You will be supported by a mentor in your team to assist and guide you in understanding the business and help you grow.

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant B Degree (Media Studies / Communications/ Brand Marketing / Advertising / Design) or related
• Must have graphic design, photography and video skills
• Willingness to job rotate and be away from the appointed place of work (with own transport)

• Understand the operations of the business and its departments
• Gain real world experience in a fast-paced retail industry
• Draft and edit copy, create designs, take photographs and edit videos from a brand perspective in a real world Brand & Corporate Communications environment
