Qualifications:

• National Diploma in Graphic Design
• Code EB Driver’s License
• Certificate in Computer Literacy
• 3 years’ experience in the relevant field

Key Performance Areas:

• Ensure that production and Media Management services are contributing to the overall communication strategical plan leading to communication strategic objectives being met pertaining to Production and Media Management services.
• Ensure risks associated with Production and Media Management services environment and application are adequately addressed through policies and procedures supporting general codes of conduct and best practices.
• Ensure effective communication processes via design as per approved communication strategies and procedures, leading to an improved image of the ORT District being portrait.
• Ensure accurate estimates are prepared in relation to requirements enabling Production and Media Management services to contribute positively to the financial objectives of the section.
• Ensure an effective relationship and effective communication processes between the section and its internal and external clients through effective Production and Media management services.
• Ensure Production and Media Management services reports, correspondence and documentation and/or information is recorded, processed and maintained in accordance with laid down administrative and reporting procedures, pertaining to Graphic Design services.
• Ensure compliance with minimum production and Media Management services audit requirements and support the audit process towards making informed findings about the performance of the sub-section.
