Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise results-driven design solutions.
- Translate client needs, critical insights and branding strategies into design strategies and wow executions.
- Design visual concepts using industry-standard design software.
- Articulate and pitch design concepts to the Agency Studio.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Amend designs after feedback and craft them to perfection.
- Develop visually compelling designs for both digital and traditional platforms, including but not limited to advertising, social media, activation and promotional materials.
- Execute projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality deliverables within specified timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into your design work.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Between 3 – 5 years of professional design experience is needed.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your range of skills and conceptual thinking.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign,
- Experience with Premier and After Effects (e.g., video editing, and animation) is a plus.
- An eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be fearless.
- Ability to work in a team and take direction well.
- Time management skills are essential.
- A willingness to learn and grow within a creative environment and the business.
