What You’ll Do:

• Design unique and memorable leisure group itineraries, with incentive-specific experience as a bonus.
• Manage the end-to-end reservations process, from understanding client needs and budgets to finalizing bookings and travel documents.
• Collaborate with agents, guests, and suppliers to ensure clear, consistent communication and exceptional service.
• Travel occasionally with groups or conduct site inspections to enhance client experiences.
• Proactively sell products and services, curating the best possible itineraries for guests.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 3 years of experience in group travel and touring.
• In-depth geographical and product knowledge of South Africa, Botswana, Tanzania, and Kenya; experience in other African destinations is a bonus.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with booking systems like Tourplan and a solid understanding of the travel industry.
• A calm, professional demeanor with an independent, “can-do” mindset.
