Your Impact:

• Oversee all financial operations, ensuring integrity, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Lead financial management for complex EPC and IPP projects, including revenue recognition (IFRS15), margin analysis, and cash flow forecasting.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and strategic financial planning.
• Manage a high-performing finance team and collaborate with senior leadership to support business growth and innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

• CA (SA) with 4+ years post-article experience, or BCom with completed SAICA articles and relevant industry experience.
• Proven expertise in financial management, ideally within construction or renewables.
• Strong analytical, communication, and people management skills.
• Proficiency in SAP Business One and advanced Excel preferred.
• Resilient, adaptable, and results-driven.
