Group Leader Production needed at MA Automotive Tool & Die Ltd

Key Performance Areas:

• Co-ordinate line functions and ensure that production targets are met
• Ensure adequate resources are available
• Manage performance and development of sub-ordinates according to company procedures, works instructions and relevant legislation.

Minimum Requirements

• NQF Level 5 Qualified Artisan / National Diploma in Production Management
• Minimum 5-years press shop experience in supervisory capacity
• Extensive technical background
• Quality specification and systems
