Grout Plant Coordinator needed at Gold One Group Limited

Minimum requirements

Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:

• Grade 11 or equivalent NQF level 4
• Trade Certificate / Technical Diploma / Project Management Certificate
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Good English written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Grout Plant Supervisor would be advantageous
• Experience compiling risk assessments and safe working procedures
• Experience conducting planned inspections
• Sound knowledge of Grout Plant operations, equipment, and methods

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Effective supervision of the underground and surface Grout Plant crews
• Effective planning, leading, organising, and controlling within the area of responsibility to achieve daily production, quality, and safety targets
• Cost containment through effective budget management and efficient target achievement
• Accurate and timely reporting
• Effective stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth workflows and target achievement
• Efficient achievement of production and quality targets in line with DMR and project scope
• Proactive risk identification and mitigation in alignment with legal regulations, standards, procedures, and policies
• Effective self and team management in alignment with values and leadership initiatives
• Self and team understand and comply with legal regulations and standards, procedures, policies, and safety protocols
