Some of your key responsibilities will include

• Provide value for money change management services to the businesses project portfolio.
• Forming strong relationships within the business and build a powerful reputation as a change management specialist across multiple stakeholder groups.
• With today’s business challenges, you will show an appreciation for, and create a visibility for others of the complexity, ambiguity, and interconnectedness.
• Balancing a pro-active, results-orientated, and practical mind-set with a collaborative approach which creates a space for others to navigate change.
• Facilitating the successful implementation of the change, which will require you to be involved in strategic change guidance and/or tactical and operation change tasks i.e., communication and training.
• Build collaboration across multi-functional teams involved in the delivery of the change initiative

Key Requirements

• Relevant degree or diploma, preferably people-orientated (i.e., Industrial psychology)
• 10+ years experience as a change manager who has worked on large change initiatives of which at least 5 years as the change lead.
• Experience within the Financial Services industry will be ideal
• Line management experience across a team consisting of contract, fixed term, and permanent employees at various levels
• Working with technical and management teams.
