• Lead the Engineering department, overseeing technical operations, projects, service delivery, process improvement, resource management, governance, and sales support to ensure effective engineering solutions across the business.

Requirements:

• Relevant Engineering degree.
• National Certificate NQF Level 4 / Grade 12.
• 5–8 years' engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical and business management knowledge.
• Expert Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, organisational, and financial skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and risk management capabilities.
