- A high-growth, tech-enabled business is seeking a Head of Finance to lead and scale its finance function. This is a hands-on senior role for a CA(SA) who can balance strong financial control with commercial and strategic input.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the finance function end-to-end, including reporting, controls, and compliance
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Prepare board and investor reporting
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic decisions
- Lead finance systems and ERP implementation
- Support fundraising and long-term exit readiness
- Build and develop the finance team
Requirements
- CA(SA) qualification
- 5+ years post-articles experience
- Big audit firm background
- Strong technical and commercial finance capability
- Experience in high-growth environments advantageous
