- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and team management skills, with expertise in talent development and performance management.
- Proficient in data and analytics tools (e.g., SFAs, CRMs) to monitor productivity and drive operational efficiency.
- Results-driven, culturally adaptable, and financially savvy with a focus on business growth and resource management.
