Description

• Lead the team to facilitate delivery and achievement of results.
• Ensure continuous improvement on benchmarking including global best practice integration.
• Manage the Repair and Maintenance Contract (RMC) Portfolio and Warranty Portfolio.
• Track the RMC and Warranty portfolio performance.
• Investment planning in collaboration with technical & service.
• Ensure processing & assess invoices.
• Create and implement a customer First mindset in the team and manage customer feedback.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Relevant tertiary qualification.

Skills:

• Advanced EXCEL is a prerequisite.
• High level communication, interpersonal relations and negotiation skills.
• Assertive and possess decision making skills.
• Customer focused with a results driven approach.
• Staff management skills including supervision, co-ordination, training and disciplining of staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.

Experience:

• Experience of warranty and maintenance contracts as well as possession of technical knowledge – 5 years.
• MAN and / or VW heavy commercial vehicles – 2 years.
