Requirements
Education

• 3 Year Hotel School Diploma or equivalent National Qualification at a Diploma level.

Experience

• 8 years in the food and beverage industry of which at least 3 years’ experience in a management role within the food and beverage environment.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Experience leading and managing teams

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Project management
• F&B and Rooms Standard operating procedures
• Food & Beverage Costings and analytics
• Food & Beverage Product Knowledge
• Team Planning
• Proficiency in MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe); Micros / Opera is preferred; IFS
• Kronos; and knowledge of hospitality scheduling requirements and productivity ratios
• Financial & Business acumen
• Strong administration skills
• Coaching skills
