  • Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Manager to lead the full talent lifecycle across retail operations. From attraction and acquisition to development, succession planning, retention and engagement.

  • Critical to the role is using talent insights and analytics to inform decisions, strengthen employee engagement, and align people strategies with commercial outcomes.

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
  • Post-graduate qualification advantageous (Industrial/Clinical Psychology preferred).
  • 5–7 years’ experience in talent management, L&D or HR business partnering, ideally in multi-site retail/QSR environments.
  • Proven success in attraction, development, retention and succession planning.
  • Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in HR/talent systems, analytics and reporting.
