Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resume, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support in the administration of payroll and benefits programs.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Help manage employee relations and resolve HR-related inquiries.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management as required.
Requirements
- National Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR administrative role, preferably in the FMCG or Corporate sector.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
- Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- MUST reside in Paarl or surrounds (Stellenbosch, Wellington, etc)
