Key accountabilities:
- Coordinate monthly/quarterly & adhoc reporting (transformation, recruitment, payroll, L&D, manpower planning, budgeting, ER reporting, exit interviews)
- Develop a set of principles / guidelines for data governance (including data integrity/accuracy, data retention, legislation requirements)
- Organisation Management, Business Planning & Analytics
- Support with creating, maintaining and developing Workday dashboards and custom reports
- Collect, analyse and interpret HR data and statistics, identify trends, patterns and correlations across recruitment practices, HR processes, attrition
- Develop absenteeism reporting / Bradford Index factor report
- Collaborate with teams across HR and the HR Leadership Team to develop and implement HR analytics strategies and initiatives
- Support HR projects and initiatives, providing analytical support and recommendations
- Support initiatives to further enable leader & employee self-service (LSS and ESS)
- Seek out opportunities to automate and enhance our operations to be more efficient, while keeping employee experience as the utmost priority
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with data protection regulations
- Identify ways to improve existing policies and procedures
- Utilise human resource information systems (HRIS) (Workday) in the most efficient and effective way to improve HR delivery
Professional Qualification and Certifications:
- Human Resources National Diploma and / relevant qualification or certification or extensive experience that relates to Analytics, Reporting and Organisational management.
Work Experience:
- 5 years’ experience in HR analytics, Org Management Business Planning & Human Resources report writing
Knowledge & skills:
- Experience with the key responsibilities defined above with 5+ years in human resources
- Human Resources National Diploma and / relevant qualification or certification or extensive experience that relates to Analytics, Reporting and Organisational Management
- Proven experience as an HR Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets
- Excellent knowledge of HR metrics, data analysis techniques, and statistical concepts
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly competent in Microsoft office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe PDF, Visio)
- Experience with HR Systems (preferably Workday)
