Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HR information systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze HR data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
- Generate reports and dashboards for management review.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Provide training and support to staff on HR systems and processes.
- Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with vendors for technical support.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures related to HR information systems.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification Relevant 3 Year HR Degree / HR BTech Degree
- 2 to 3 years in a Human Resources Information Practitioner or Payrol role is essential Experience in a Hospital / Hospital environment will be advantageous
- Experience on the SAP HCM is essential
- Employee Records, Payroll & Employee Benefits
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels are essential
- Excellent administration and organization skills are essential
