Key Responsibilities:
- Drive HR strategies that align with business goals, focusing on recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
- Lead recruitment efforts to bring in top talent, ensuring candidates align with our company culture and values.
- Manage and enhance the performance appraisal system, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Provide expert HR guidance to both employees and managers on performance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Design and deliver training programs to develop employee skills and enhance overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, employment contracts, and health and safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5- 7 years of HR experience, with 4 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong experience in HR within FMCG or retail industries (preferred).
- A Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Human Resources Management.
- In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices (LRA, BCEA, EEA, etc.).
- A hands-on approach with strong people skills, a results-driven mindset, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage and improve HR processes, policies, and procedures in a growing business environment.
