Responsibilities:
- Lead and support all HR functions, policies, and initiatives across the organization
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development processes
- Oversee employee relations, grievance procedures, and disciplinary processes with integrity
- Ensure compliance with Employment Equity, BBBEE, and labour legislation
- Maintain and improve HR systems, digital tools, and administrative efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience in a similar or senior HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR legislation, policies, and best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and digital HR tools
- Own Vehicle and Valid drivers License.
