We are searching for a HR Technology Analyst with expertise in the full talent suite of CornerStoneOnDemand (CSOD). In this role, you will partner with various groups within our organization to advise, collaborate, and deliver innovative solutions. You will work with our HR teams to identify requirements, assist in defining/designing scalable business processes, configure, implement, and provide post-deployment support of solutions.

Requirements:

  • Provide CSOD subject matter functional expertise for day-to-day support including hands-on configuration of all modules, Security roles/permissions
  • Analyse business requirements and be a solution consultant for CSOD
  • Monitor support queue, assist, and troubleshoot escalated system issues
  • Understand, analyse, and meet the periodical extensive reporting requirements
  • Provide consultation on system integration and collaborate with external vendors on implementation
  • Work with Cornerstone to remain current on system upgrades. Evaluate new features, implement as needed, manage change for enhancements, and assist with stakeholder adoption activities
  • Collaborate with colleagues, recommend process improvements and system enhancements to meet changing needs
  • Engage with Cornerstone community to keep up with technology capabilities and recommend innovative solutions
  • Engage with HR Team members to knowledge share and ensure process consistency
  • Multitask in a fast paced, dynamic environmen

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 5 years of full Talent Management Systems experience
  • Knowledge and experience on SCORM RunTime Data Framework, XAPI, AICC, REST, SOAP APIs, Full Stack Python based WebApps, MSSQL/MySQL, Power Queries from MSExcel will be advantageous
  • Familiarity with Content Development Tools especially Articulate 360, Sharepoint administration
  • Strong excel skills
  • HR background and experience is critical
  • Knowledge on technical integration with remote training tools such as WebEx, MS Teams, Zoom, and Adobe Connect
  • Solid background supporting a large multinational
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication with interpersonal skills
