Tasks:

  • Prepare permits for signature by issuer.
  • Prepare and submit, where required, daily, weekly, and monthly reports and submit to all as per the Communication Matrix
  • Keep an updated list of all employees on site as per the prescribed format and submit the updated list to the Health, Safety and Environmental Manager of Operations on Fridays.
  • Timeously prepare and submit daily reports to the client as required or instructed.
  • Keep the HSE files up to date, 
  • Scan all documentation separately and save as per the document number, revision, and description.
  • File all documents in a proper, user-friendly manner.
  • Perform all administrative duties for the HSE Department, which might include, but are not limited to minutes, schedules, and appointments etc.
  • On boarding of Vehicles, plant, and employees
  • Maintaining safety records and reports.
  • Participating in emergency response planning and drills.
  • Communicating safety information to Nordex employees and contractors.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that safety is integrated into all aspects of Nordex operations.
  • The Nordex Site HSE Administrator should have a strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
  • They should excellent communication, administrative and organizational skills with certificates and experience in Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
