- EyeCarePro is seeking a data-driven Marketing Operations Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to own and optimize our marketing technology stack, SEO strategy, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives. This fully remote role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with the marketing, sales, and operations teams. If you are highly analytical, tech-savvy, and passionate about driving demand through mid-funnel (MOFU) and bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) marketing initiatives, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Technology & Automation:
- Own and optimize our marketing tech stack, including HubSpot CRM, email automation, and lead nurturing systems.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve marketing efficiency and lead conversion rates.
- Identify opportunities to enhance automation and workflow improvements within HubSpot and other tools.
SEO & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Collaborate with our marketing agency to implement SEO strategies that increase organic visibility for MOFU and BOFU content.
- Track keyword performance and search rankings to refine optimization strategies.
- Optimize landing pages, website forms, and user experiences to maximize lead capture and conversions.
Campaign Performance & Analytics:
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance for MOFU/BOFU lead generation.
- Develop dashboards in HubSpot to provide real-time visibility into marketing efforts.
- Measure the ROI of marketing initiatives, including lead nurturing programs and technology investments.
Sales Collaboration:
- Partner with the sales team to enhance lead handoff processes and improve lead quality.
- Gather sales feedback to refine marketing strategies and optimize customer journey touchpoints.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up to date on best practices and emerging marketing technologies to drive lead generation conversion and efficiency.
- Recommend and implement new tools or processes to optimize performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.
- Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM, email automation, and ideally SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.
- Experience with CRO strategies, including A/B testing, UX optimization, and form enhancements.
- Proficiency in campaign analytics, KPI tracking, and ROI measurement.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
- Self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
