What you’ll get stuck into

• Supporting recruitment, interviews, and onboarding
• Helping keep employee records accurate and up to date
• Assisting with training, development, and skills initiatives
• Getting hands-on exposure to employee relations and Human Capital projects
• Supporting Human Capital reporting and admin (yes, the important stuff)

What we’re looking for

• A completed Degree or National Diploma in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology (or similar)
• A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
• Great communication skills and confidence working with people
• Solid computer skills (MS Office)
• Strong attention to detail and respect for confidentiality
