Job Purpose    

  • To provide a Human Capital Business Partner function to Business Units. 

Key Responsibility Areas    

  • Partner with assigned business units to deliver value-added Human Capital Management services.
  • Guide the recruitment and selection process in accordance with policy and procedures.
  • Provides advice and guidance on workforce alignment to organizational strategy.
  • Enable optimal employee well-being by providing a welfare and counselling service.
  • Provide guidance on the resolution of problems or disputes between the employer and employee.
  • Provide a Human Capital Administration service including data management, storage, analysis and integrity.
  • Promotes training/learning and development.
  • Ensure the alignment of individual performance with organizational performance.
  • Undertakes special projects as determined by the business need.

Essential Requirements    

  • Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources Management or any other related and equivalent qualification.

  • Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources Management or any other related and equivalent qualification.
  • 3 Years relevant experience
