Job Purpose
- To provide a Human Capital Business Partner function to Business Units.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Partner with assigned business units to deliver value-added Human Capital Management services.
- Guide the recruitment and selection process in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Provides advice and guidance on workforce alignment to organizational strategy.
- Enable optimal employee well-being by providing a welfare and counselling service.
- Provide guidance on the resolution of problems or disputes between the employer and employee.
- Provide a Human Capital Administration service including data management, storage, analysis and integrity.
- Promotes training/learning and development.
- Ensure the alignment of individual performance with organizational performance.
- Undertakes special projects as determined by the business need.

- 3 Years relevant experience
