About the role

• We’re looking for motivated HR / People graduates to join our business and gain hands-on workplace experience across core people practices. This role is designed to bridge the gap between theory and practice, providing exposure to HR operations while building strong foundational skills for a career in Human Resources.
• Graduates will work closely with experienced line managers and HR teams, supporting day-to-day people processes and contributing to initiatives that enable business performance and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support across HR activities
• Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Support learning, development, and performance-related processes
• Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure data integrity
• Engage with internal stakeholders and support ad hoc HR projects
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and governance standards

Requirements

Minimum requirements

Diploma or Degree in a relevant field, such as:

• Human Resources
• Human Resource Management
• Advanced Diploma in HR
• Industrial Psychology (or related People discipline)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Willingness to learn, adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
• Work experience advantageous
