Description

• The successful candidate will be provided with relevant workplace skills and experience in order to prepare for the job market. The development and training areas will include, but not limited to the below.
• Support Recruitment & Selection Activities 
• Administer HR Benefits; 
• Facilitate Training and Development; Performance Management; 
• Prepare and Submit HR Reports; 
• File and Retrieve HR Records and Employee Relations

Requirements

• Grade 12
• National Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. 
• Unemployed, no relevant workplace experience needed. Must be between ages of 20 and 35. 
• Must not have done any internship before. Duration 24 months
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, good telephone etiquette 
• Good ICT skills including familiarity with Office applications and online resources 
• Good organisational skills, creative thinking 
• Flexible; self–motivated and hardworking individual who can work well in a dynamic and creative team in a fast-moving environment.
• Confident. 
• High level of commitment and initiative. 
• Positive team spirit and good social skills. 
• Results driven.
